I called and placed an order with these people and within 10 minutes called and cancelled, Justin told me I was in luck because he was a manager and could take care of my cancellation, no problem.

Well, what do you know, 2 days later I get a package from them and my credit card get's dinged. I was not happy- tried to call for Justin- they needed to know his last name cause there's two of them( right)! I didn't have a last name of course so I was scooted off to customer service.

Bonnie McCloud is who they told me to ask for, of course she was in a meeting.... yeah right! Long story short, I sent the package, unopened back to them Federal Express, they have received it and are supposedly going to credit my money back- haven't seen it yet that was two days ago.

Just thought everyone ripped off by these people would like their street address, it is 51 Dow Highway, Eliot, Maine 03903. Oh yeah and now I will have to close my credit card cause of all those freebies they offer- I turned them down but what do you bet they put me down for them anyway!! Bottom line you cannot trust these people.
