Visiontel Ripoff, on Epiclear from Visiontel, Sent a "free" sample but charged Eliot Maine

I asked for a free sample of Epiclear and was charged for shipping. It did not work as promised and then I received serveral bottle in the mail. When I ordered the free sample the representative "Gretchen" told me that I could "at any time" customize or cancel my order. When I received all these bottles of epiclear, I called to find out how I could return them because the first bottle didn't work.

That's when I was told too bad you're stuck with them and have been billed to your credit card a whopping $164.00. I told the girl "Jenny" that Gretchen had told me that I could cancel at any time. I even wrote down everything that Gretchen had told me while I was ordering. Jenny said too bad. I told her this is a rip off. She said I had been told I had 21 days to call to change my order or cancel. Well, that is not what I was told.

I only wish I had looked at all the other rip-off reports before I tried this stuff. I will dispute the charges on my credit card and send back the stuff they sent me back. PLEASE IF YOU ARE EVEN THINKING ABOUT ORDERING THIS STUFF.....DON'T....IT DOESN'T WORK AND IT IS A BIG TIME RIP OFF....JUST GO DOWN TO THE DRUG STORE AND BUY SOME CLEARASIL IT WORKS MUCH BETTER.
