I (used to) have an account with Vista Federal Credit Union for a good five years. I have always been a loyal customer and had my complaints but they were solved. Last year they merged with Partners Federal Credit Union. Since then all of the employees that used to work there are suddenly gone? They had incredible customer service. Now the new employees are TERRIBLE! They are rude and yell at you at the drop of a hat.
I'm shocked these people hold a job. The last time I went there I was greeted by a very rude woman, with her hand on her hip and orange hair. She argued with me for a good 30 minutes about not being able to take a payroll check because its third party. After about an hour of talking with various "management" (i use this term loosely) I finally was about to deposit it into my account. The next week, I go through the drive through to try to avoid the rude woman who works inside.
I am informed that my account has been closed. What?! I have had this same account for FIVE years. I was not notified of this closure. Nothing. I tried to ask about this, but got no clear answers. Needless to say, I was very upset. I also lost money in the process (only $40 thank god), which Vista/Partners/whatever they're calling themselves these days chalked up to "account fees" .. I have never, in five years, prior ever had any "account fee."
Oh well, I work for the competition now and make a whole hell of a lot more and have a nice bank account with them :) Turned out alright, but I'd advise future "cast members" to look for their banking elsewhere or they're in for a whole lot of WTF.

I totally agree with this person Partners Federal Credit Union, took over another Federal Credit Union my wife had an account there for 38 years. We decided to cut over to banking with them since they seemed nice at first. Then because of economical issues of my wife losing her job, a house we got scammed on and paying too much for, health issues and bills we had to do a Chapter 13 at 100% payback. So this meant that Partners Federal Credit Union would get their full payback of the credit card. Ten days later we get a letter from them telling us they are closing our account because they are losing money on us for doing a Chapter 13. Not getting this we called them and they flat out told us they cannot wait for the full 5 years to get all their money back from us on our Chapter 13. I explained to them they are going to get 100% of it back and they told us they do not care. So we took it to a higher person who told us to write a letter telling them why we did the Chapter 13, so we did. They called back and said ok we can keep our account with them but we cannot use their Debit card! So I asked them how am I to pay my house bill when they do not take checks? They told me it is not their problem! I asked them how do I get MY money out? They said use an ATM which then I informed them I cannot cause you cut off my freaking Debit card!!!!! They said that it was not their problem!!!
I see this company and yes a company that was aided by the bailout of our Congressional members because they needed help and now they are screwing the people that support them? I do not see this being very right. Beware of Partners Federal Credit Union if you make one mistake they will kick you to the curb without any remorse at all. Cause they do not care about their clients only the money they get from their clients.
Time to find a new bank that cares about its people.
