I registered with Vista Print 3 months ago and I have been charged the last two months $9.95 ea. for a small business service' that I never signed up for with with MWI*BUSINESSMAX.

Supposedly you sign up for it when you were ordering with Vista Print for business cards, but I have no recollection of clicking anything. I do recall that there were dozens of things you could sign up for, but I didn't sign up for any of them as a recurring monthly fee for 'small business services' through MWI*BUSINESS MAX

When I saw the charges on my credit card for MWI*BUSINESSMAX on my statement, I had no idea what they were for. I did a search for MWI*BUSINESSMAX' on the web and came to the website ripoffreport.com and was lucky enough to get a phone number off someone else's complaint for their customer support at 888.840.6296.

After speaking with Roxane there at ext. 25125 she proceeded to explain to me the benefits of the company when I asked her to cancel my account. After several attempts, and her repeatedly ignoring my request to cancel this erroneous account, she finally agreed to cancel my account, but would not give me a cancellation number.

To be sure it was a pain and a hassle and I still don't know if I'm off their list.

Something should really be done about this. If there is a class action suit against this type of fraud, please sign me up or let me know how.

This Is Why You Never Respond to Spammers

AUTHOR: Chris - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 22, 2004

Vista Print is a notorious spammer. This is a prime example of why you don't respond to ANY spam. SPAM=SCAM. Simple as that. When you deal with a company that sinks to the low of using SPAM to advertise, expect the worst. p.s. Report your card lost to the credit/debit card company. You'll get a new card in the mail in a few days, and these scum won't have your number anymore.
