I found out they had shut down my website. It appeared to by persecution as its a Christian website and I was barely behind on my payment.
When I called customer service the girl outright lied and said I missed to payments, which records clearly showed that I did not. The when I called back after I saw that they had billed me for 3 months instead of one she had the nerve to repeat the lie and tell me that she was only refunding one month.
I got her supervisor on the phone and he refuned the 2 months overcharge plus the 3rd month for the invonvenience. But its time for Vista Print to do some house cleaning with regards to their staff. This isn't the first time I have dealt with sick dishonest individuals there.

In all fainess Ireviewing all of the issues - its possible that the issues were caused by technical problems on their end and a lack of experience on the part of the employee - rather than deliberate dishonesty.
