Vista Print ripoff, poor workmanship, do not answer emails, customer service phone number not working Internet
*Consumer Suggestion: Keep Calling
*Consumer Suggestion: Keep Calling
I ordered 250 custom business cards from www.vistaprint.com on 11/28/05. I received my order on 12/6/05. Every card was cut off center. They are not usable at all.
I called the customer service number 1-800-721-6214 to complain. A recorded message stated that the department was unavailable due to a problem at their facility.
I sent an email to customer service at emailservices@vistaprint.com and got a generic reply. I have emailed them twice more since then and got the same generic reply both times.
Their customer service is a joke. It's as bad as their workmanship.

#2 Consumer Suggestion
Keep Calling

I too have used Vista Print often (at least 12 times) and only twice have had trouble. The first time the mailing labels were navy (was supposed to be aqua) with black text, which obviously was illegible, and the second the print was offcenter. If you keep calling - email does no good as all it does is loop you through non-attended email boxes - eventually you will get a customer service rep who will make it right. I reordered my lables free of charge and the second issue took 3 people to understand what I was saying but they reprinted my 500 cards for free. Be persistent and they will try to make you happy.
