Vista Print On going monthly charges appears on my Debit Card after a one time order of business card Internet

I went to www.VistaPrint.com to order their free 250 business cards (paying just the shipping charge); however, I ordered other printing materials since the deal is reasonable. I received the merchandise with no problem but somehow they kept on charging $14.95 each month for 4 months until I caught it.

I called the company and complain that I did not authorize the $14.95 transactions. They claimed that I have agreed online while filling up the survey form to subscribe on their service for free for 7 days and after that I would be charged if not cancelled. I cannot confirm if I did or did not subscribe but for sure that was an elusive business practice, tucking in an agreement to subscribe in a lengthy survey form.

After threatening them that I will report this incident to the State Attorney and possibly find an attorney willing to do a class action suit, the customer rep finally offered me a full refund of all the illicit charges they made against my debit card.

Vista Printing is providing good printing services and it's a shame that they have be involved in a scam like what I have experienced.
