This scam is still alive and well. Signed up for Vistaprint 'Free' business cards in Sept '05. Got them with no problem.

Then from Nov 05 monthly charges of $12.95 started to appear for AP9* Businessmax membership for which I never applied. I was billed twice before I noticed it. (My own fault for being lax about checking my statements.)

Saw some of the previous ripoff reports and called the number given on my credit card statement. AP9* at first stated that they could only stop billing me but not refund the payments I had already made.

I demanded to speak to a Supervisor who promptly agreed to reverse the charges and within a few days I saw this reflected on my credit card. I got the impression that they are very accustomed to receiving calls like my own.

As attractive as the Vistaprint offers are I'm done with them unless they sever all connection with AP9*Businessmax
