Vita Firm Eye Serum Vita Firm/Eye Serum Kelly Charge $89.95 for Eye Serum product that was suppose too trial size. I was only to pay $4.95 shipping. St. Petersburg Florida

To whom it may concern;

I order trial size product Ageless Eye Serum & Agless Face Creme by L'Amour to only pay $4.95 for shipping cost. 

I was prompt to another screen to purchase the full line of product which I decline. I was told that I would be sent the trial size products and charged on $4.95. 

Attached is a copy of the amount that I paid but was not quoted until I noticed it on my bank statement.

On April 10, 2016 an additional $89.79 was withdrawn from my account for products I didn't order or received. 

I noticed that there is several different address for this compay and when I tried to call them (Customer Service), I was put on hold for a few minutes to be told by the CSR that their system was down and to call back in 15 minutes to be told the same thing from a different CSR.

Attached is a copy of the payment that was with drawn on April 10, 2016.
