On October 10th, 2017 I filed out an info request box on the internet and before I even got to the end I was called by a representative. The representative told me the offer was for a month supply of the Vita Fit Garcinia supplement and all I would be responsible for would be the $4.95 shipping. I agreed to just that. There was never a mention of future orders, a program, trial period, etc. When he told me the total it was $9.90 and I said I thought it was $4.95! He then explained that there were actually two bottles of the supplements, the being a Vita Fit Mango Cleanse and that they work together so I agreed to the price of $9.90. Again never a mention of a trial period or future orders, or a program, etc. I received my supplements in one package, although, I have not opened them. Yesterday, in October 24th this conapnay charged me a total of $169.98 for the same two bottles of supplemrts that I received. When I called the number to find out why they would do that and to receive a refund, I was told I signed up for the program when I purchased the two supplements and didn't cancel before the trial period so I agreed to pay this amount! What! I knew absolutely nothing about a trial period, a program, or anything else related to this matter beyond what the gentleman told me over the phone, which was simply purchasing these two bottles for 4.95 each.
