A day after, I was finally able to reach her business phone number and when asked about a refund, she went ahead and refused to give me back anything and even went as far as denying that I was ever there. Luckily, I have an email confirmation from MindBody and her company. I also found out that she has no public permit to conduct a health fitness studio.
