vita luminance/regenelift Unknown I paid for a sample of vita luminance cream. The website stated I had 14 days from date of order to cancel and to do so I should submit my request to support@vitaluminance.com or call. After trying the product it absoultely did NOT work as described or demonstrated on the video. So I submitted my cancelation via e-mail (well within the 14 days required) and received NO confirmation. I went back to the website and clicked on the "Easy Cancellation" which directed me to a webpage telling me I could cancel and they'd "ONLY" charge me a one time $35 fee for the "sample" I already received. NO OTHER OPTIONS. Total RIP OFF and scam. I have not tried calling yet as I don't have time to sit on a phone all day. Luckily, the credit card # I gave them won't accept the amount and I'll keep it that way! BUYER BEWARE. TOTAL SCAM! Internet

Total Scam!  Watched a video showing immediate and dramatic positive results using creme to remove bags from under eyes.  After video link to purchase a sample for $2.95 shipping with the caveat that after 14 days from date of order the credit card would be billed monthly for continued shipments unless e-mail or call to cancel within that 14 day period.

I place the order on May 3, and received the creme on May 5.  I used it that day.  It absolutely DID NOT work as depicted or shown in the advertising video.  I immediately sent an e-mail notification to cancel.  I received NO response or confirmation so today, May 9, went to the website and found an "Easy Cancel" link.

After clicking on the "Easy Cancel" link it directed me to a page where it stated I could cancel and ONLY pay $35 something for the supposedly "free sample" I'd already received and there would be no further deliveries.

I have not yet tried calling as my schedule is extremely busy and previous "customer service" phone experiences (with other companies) have proven frustrating and majorly time consuming.  I will try to call them before the 14 day period is up, however, I don't expect any real help considering the underhanded way this has gone so far.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY: Vita Luminance/Regenelift!  Total Rip Off - Total Scam!!!
