Vitachek State of Pennsylvania Vital Records Charged credit card did not provide birth certificate as advertised. Alll forms were submitted 5 to 6 times each! . Contacted Ellen at Pennsylvania's State Attorney General Kathleen Kane and they could care less. Long story short don't use Vitachek and don't vote for Ms. Kathleen Kane. If you aren't a part of the solution you are part of the problem. Pennsalvania Internet

Vitalchek endorse by Pennsylvania stated it would provide expidited birth certificate for a fee. Fee paid, all forms submitted and resubmiited 5 to 6 times. Some days they said they had them all other days they said they didnt. After 3 months no birth certificate. Called Vitalchek the stated the order was over 45 days old therefore credit card was charged and no refund given.

Called Pennsalvania Attourney General Kathleen Kane about this incident. Spoke at length with her Assistant Ellen. She said that this was any of there concern. If you go to Pennsalvania's State Website and order online it sent you automatically to Vitalchek. I am wondering who gets the kick back on this operation? The State of Pennsalvannia recomends and requires you use this service. 

Look on the net there are hundreds of complaints against this company. My personal advise is dont use Vitalchek and dont vote for Kathleen Kane
