Vitadigest Do not receive item when paid with money order Walnut California

I ordered from this company because the supplement I wanted cost less than what Purtains Pride charged. I did not have any problems ordering from them when I used a credit card. Back in Jan of this year on the website I saw that they now accepted money orders. I printed out an order form, filled it out and mailed it along with a money order for $20.49. This was around the first or second of Jan. I waited almost a month for my order. I know they wait 10 days for a money order to clear, but it still should not taken almost a month to receive my item. I sent them an e-mail asking about the status of my order. I received a reply back that they just received my money order. What!, it takes almost a month for mail to reach California! I have bought items off ebay from California and received them within 12 days! Vitadigest said they would ship my item which I received in 5 days. Nice a package arrives in 5 days from California, but a money order takes almost a month! I ran out of my supplement by March. I should have learned the first time.

On March 6, I mailed another money order to Vitadigest in the amount of $20.49. As of March 28 I did not receive from item. I sent them an e-mail the same day( on a Saturday) asking about the status of my order. I received a reply on March 30. They claim that my money order has not arrived. I sent another e-mail on March 30( Monday) along with a scanned copy of the money order receipt. As of April 1, they have not replied to my e-mail. They claim they will reply in one business day. I could have the money order traced, but it will cost $15.00( Western Union money order) , further money I will lose out on. I have reported Vitadigest to the Federal Trade Commission. They are cashing money orders sent and pocketing the money, stealers! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Although the supplement costs a lot more from Purtains Pride, I will go back to them. I have ordered from them for years and have had no problems
