I saw an advert for Vital Acai free trial on msn, claiming my friend had tried it. So I looked through the site and thought $19.95 for postage and package is not bad for a bottle of 30tablets of Acai berry. So I put my order through. 15days later they send me an emil saying as you have not cancelled your free trial we will be charging you 79.95 each month.
I sent a reply back saying I was unaware of this and did not want them taking any money out of my account. They said they had put it in small writing on the check out screen and understand that I could have over looked this and will therefore take off $20. I told them I did not want them taking any more money out of my account and that I would keep the free trial. they ignored since.
Now they have taken out the 2nd payment despite my cancellation and aslo despite me calling my bank and advising them of this, my bank will not do anything.
I am distraught and dont know what to do!!!!
