Feb 13, 2019 the date of my birth certificate order, $79.95 was withdrawn from my ADP card and $11.50 on Feb 23 2019. I have bank statements to prove it, and they were emailed to Vital check being the company I ordered from! They have held my order forever, and have sent me emails of unauthorized payments when Not True! Demanding more money to be paid.

Whenever i call them, they never pick up! My certificate is very important and overdue. This has made life very difficult, and now i have money taken for nothing. Help !
