Vital Fulfillment Without my knowledge or permission I was enrolled in a continuing program that sent dietary supplements I did not order and do not want. Los Angeles California

I ordered one bottle of Vital Forskolin and one bottle of Vital Green Coffee from this company.  Without prior notification or permission I was enrolled in a monthly renewal program that sends another bottle of each product each month.  I did not request this and do not want the products.  I called them and was informed that I had to cancel within 14 days.  In no way was I informed of that at the beginning. 

When I threatened legal action, I was informed that they could not give me a refund on the products, nor could I return the products.  I was angry and hung up and the service person called me back.  He offered to give me a 75% refund on my credit card.  I said fine, but you already have that number so I'm not going to give it to you again.  Nor will I give you bank information when he offered to make the deposit directly into my bank account.

He finally agreed to give me a 75% refund to my credit card.  Now I'll have to wait and see if that refund is made.
