I was sent a trial sample and billed TWO separate amounts of $97.81 and $92.53. I was only to pay shipping charges to total $12.64.

After I saw these charges on my credit card I called them and asked what they were for. They told me that I must have enjoyed the sample product as I had not cancelled. I told them I had cancelled. They also told me I must have "clicked" on another product and that cost was the $92.53.

All I received as a tiny sample jar. I did not find the product to have any benefit, the same report that others have posted. Do not order anything from this site. The customer service is horrid!
