Needed a birth certificate. promised to "Skip the lines and get it delivered to your door with our Filing Assistance" Charged 59.95 and all they did was provide a filled out form, that I have to submit and pay an additional fee.

I emailed them and they just responded that they sent all the information I needed to recieve my birth certificate. That's BS I paid them and gave them vital information to recieve a certified copy of my birth certificate.
