I thought Vitalusrecords.com was a governmental establishment helping people online. So I trusted and paid the $49.95 required. I was then promised 24 hours to receive my grandsons birth certificate. This internet order took place on 8/26/2018 and todays date is 10/08/2018. Exactly 43 days today and still no response and certainly no birth certificate. In the long run we went and got a birth certificate from City Hall where we paid only $12.00 How can these fraudulent people just take others hard earned money and live with themselves.
