Vitalusrecords.com I ordered two copies of my deceased brother's Birth Certificates and was charged $49.00. Vitalusrecords.com did not send the Birth Certificates.They only sent additional paperwork that I am to respond to and will cost me additional money to get the actual certificates. Internet

Vitalusrecords.com  charged for copies of my deceased brother's Birth Certificates but they only sent paperwork to which I need to respond and I must send additional fees to get the actual Birth Certificates.

vitalusrecords.com they charged me for two birth certificates plus two international fees on october 11 th 2018 and i have not recieved anything for my money 59 dollars each plus 1.77 each for international fees total of 121.54
