About a month ago we placed a 112.00 order with Vitamin Health And Diet Center - VHADC.com. They charged it to my bank account and then never sent the product or any other contact for that matter.
After about 3 weeks we got concerned and began calling and emailing them many, many times with no replies what so ever. Their phone is always answered by a machine when we call and then goes to a voice mail box that is almost always full,
I went on to call the companies who have logos on the Vitamin Health And Diet Center - VHADC.com giving their word that Vitamin Health And Diet Center - VHADC.com is a secure site, not the case.
The first I called http://www.authorize.net their customer service person was pretty aloof and eady about what they even do, he said and I will paraphrase a bit that they are not protecting customers from getting cheated by a company their logo seal in displayed on and IF I desired I could contact their legal department via email, Since there is no phone for their legal department I will end that there.
The next, www.volusion.com while the customer service person seemed far more concerned with their name being included in this report he also said in a vague way that what they do is make sure information exchanged on the web site is secure, not if the web site cheats people.
I got the impression that while they don't condone a web site like Vitamin Health And Diet Center - VHADC.com displaying their logo and cheating people they ( www.volusion.com ) do not help cheated people either.
Again you have to email their legal department so I will let this one go too as I have come to the conclusion neither www.volusion.com or http://www.authorize.net care if sites diplaying their seals cheat customers.
I have included this in the report because I feel some less savvy net shoppers might get the mistaken idea that because these seals appear on Vitamin Health And Diet Center - VHADC.com that the sites the seals belong to will offer help in the event you are cheated by said web site and that is NOT the case at all.
Sadly Vitamin Health And Diet Center - VHADC.com is only out to rip people off, They have had plenty of time to make good or reply to me, My bank stepped in and is taking legal action, but I hate to see that this site is still up on the net and cheating people daily.

I have had a similiar situation in which I placed an order approx 3 wks ago for $30.87 in which I have called several times only to receive a message that everyone is on the phone and to leave a message and someone will return my call as soon as possible. I have left 3 messages with no call back received. On other calls (at least 5) I had attempted when I am transferred over to a message box to leave a message I receive a message stating that the Mail box is full. Note my payment has already been processed but for several weeks when I checked on my order all that showed was my order was in the final stages of processing and could not be cancelled or altered. I just wanted to know when my order was going to be sent.
Then over the past two days when I attempted to log onto their website I received a message instead that stated "Thank you for visiting!" "We are currently performing scheduled maintenance and updates on the webiste." "We will be back online to serve you within 15 minutes to an hour." "Thank you for your patience!" Note I attemtped to log onto this site all day (many times over 12 hrs) and the next day with the same message (even a few minutes ago) being displayed. Therefore I have filed a Complaint with my Bank to attempt to resolve this loss of $30.87.
