I ordered two containers of EBP on 06/15. Credit card was charged 06/16.
Called 06/26 because online status was still "processing" and was told that it was delayed because the warehouse flooded. He said he had one in hand that he could send me, but that the other would be in on Monday. Since it was already Thursday, I told him to just send them together. He said I'd have them by Wednesday, 07/02.
Tried again today (07/12) to call the number on my credit card statement, but it has been disconnected. Went to the website and status still says processing. Looked into cancelling it and it says it's already been shipped or has completed processing and therefore cannot be changed. I double-checked my email and have not received a shipping confirmation as the site said I would.
Found another number on the site and tried to call. Saturday hours open at 9am. Tried several times and only got the answering machine. Of course, the voice mailbox box was full, so I couldn't leave a message.
Then I found this and saw that several people have had problems since June, so I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. We're having fun now!
