well where to begin-It is the 17th of february 2009 and I placed an order with vitamin life on feb 1 2009 which was taken off my visa. As I heard nothing I decided to call the company and find out the particulars. I had an order number in which they said my order had been shipped on February 3rd 2009. I asked for a confirmation number and it was given. I assumed it was US post.NOT US Post and called back to Vitamin Life and they said it was UPS and indeed there was a UPS delivery TO THEIR OFFICE in Rancho Cucamonga California which they describe as a HUB for their orders. (Oh I forgot-they don't guarantee you will actually get your shipment)
So I phoned Vitamin Life again and asked for the US postal service number that would bring my package to Canada. They said that my package "was inserted into the Candian postal service in RAncho Cucamonga" and I said "the Candian Postal Service doesn't have an office in Rancho Cucamonga." and they said "but it was inserted into your postal service there so I asked for a phone number to this supposed Candian insertion site)
So Vitamin Life gives me a phone number in which a child answers-and I have the number they gave me. So then I called back Vitamin life and they gave me a new phone number-and well I can't prove it-but maybe US phone records could find out whether it is linked to their company-they allegedley pretended to be UPS and said in an unsure way that "she didn't know about the canadian routes and would connect me to her supervisor. I asked why the supervisor didn't confirm she was with UPS as her co-hort did and she mumbled something something.
Obviously at that point the whole thing was suspect to say the least. I phoned Visa and reported this company. I will bet they will be in a hurry to send me some of my vitamins now-but the date will betray them. If you use this company prepare yourself for a scam and a mental excercise of tracking non-existent packages shipped to them and not sent to canada. Heh they take no responsibility for lost shipments but if they don't leave their HUB they are just not going to get your order as promised.
Did I tell you that they said that my order was on "Backordered" and a "partial shipment was possible" or maybe the vitamin company DIDN'T have any in stock-oh please it is a huge company which is reputable.
Just remember-Vitamin Life is a No Vitamin company!!!

I made a huge Mistake-Vitamin Life Supplements arrived

Well I must hang my head here as I found the vitamins I ordered were in the mailbox today! I am going to write a letter of apology to the company for writing the first report.
Only thing I would suggest is that the people who man the phones should direct their inquiries about shipping to people who know where the package is going after it leaves their office.
Nevertheless, I was wrong and I admit it.
