This company has poor customer service. You can never get customer service on the phone and your calls are not returned. They tell you 2-3 days shipping but you receive nothing but a "charge." This company should be closed down because you are being charged for a service you will never receive. Straight out fraud.. Don't waste your Money!

I finally received my supplements from DoctorVitamins but instead of 2-3 days it took about 25-30 days. My advice to anyone whom wants to purchase from this Company order a month in advance.

We are a growing company that handles around 500 to 700 orders a day, we have some of the purist vitamins products you can receive, We have had some growing pains, but we have a 100% Money Back Guarantee, we use to mail the check back, know we can do it online, our customer service center is open monday-friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST after hours use to go to a mail box, that would sometimes be full we fixed that. I've ordered from 'Vitamins Because' for 3 years now. They manufacture all 1100 of there products anf yeah, it takes a little longer depending on the product, but you get TRIPLE the amount you would for buying at a store. They wait is definetly worth it, considering its natural stuff.
