I, too, fell for this online vitamin store.  A word to the wise: If it sounds too good to be true... then it's not true. They offer buy one, get two free. Yes, it's a great line!  They promised delivery within 5-7 days. Later I received an email stating it would take 3 weeks. I demaned my monies be returned. They hesitated and said it would be 30 days, saying they are a small family-run business and have been overrun with orders. I have notified them if my monies are not returned I will file a Complaint with the State of Florida for fraud. The State of Florida will take action. If there are enough complaints filed against them, the State will shut them down. If you, too, have the same problem with them please don't hesitate to file a complaint with the State of Florida, Florida Consumer Complaints. It can be done online!

 I have ordered twice so far from this company despite the seeming negative reviews. I played it safe, just in case, and used PayPal to fund the purchases. That way I would have no problem getting a refund if needed. I had no problems with either order. The products came within a week of ordering, in perfect condition. 3 for the price of 1 is an awesome deal! They must have a huge volume of orders to fill. I agree, their spelling and grammar are terrible for a business. But I give them a break because not all entrepreneurs are well educated. At least they clearly communicate their ideas and thoughts. I'm happy to see others with positive experiences with this company are also posting rebuttals.

i recently ordered from doctorvitaminstore.com. i then read the bad reports i saw here a was worried. all of the bad reports are old. look at the dates--2013 2012--they had a big rush on some product doctor oz was pushing and being a small family owned business got backed up. i had no problem with my ordetr. it came in seven days neatly packaged and just fine. i will definitly do more business with this great little company.

I saw the doctorvitaminstore website and responses, and I too am a little skeptical.

"they are a small company" , yet they manufacture their 1100 vitamin products in an FDA approved facility .

All the positive recommendations are suspect since they use the same questionable grammar and sentence structure.

I always assume a website is a foreign run opperation when they make simple spelling mistakes; like not knowing the difference between "they're and there, their or your and you're"

Look at the top corner of  "their" website and notice  " your worth it"

I have ordered and reordered SEVERAL times from this company with 100% customer satisfaction ... and I was a customer of a different company for years ... would not buy from anyone else ... then I decided to take a chance in them because of their buy 1 - get 3 policy ... my previous company only offers that as a ''special'' a couple of times a year. Their prices are also more economical ... I am very pleased with this company and those that know me ... will tell you that I am VERY vocal if a business is lacking in ethics or customer service.

It took more than 30 days!

They promised I would recieve my money back within30 days - and I fully believe only because I threatened to write a letter to the State of Florida _ Consumer Complaint Div. It took a week longer than the 30 days they "promised" I'd have my money back. If they are a small, family-owned place I don';t understand why they needed 30 daqys, let alone 38 days...This is one place I would not trust. Period.

We are a growing company that handles around 500 to 700 orders a day, we have some of the purist vitamins products you can receive, We have had some growing pains, but we have a 100% Money Back Guarantee, we use to mail the check back, know we can do it online, our customer service center is open monday-friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST after hours use to go to a mail box, that would sometimes be full we fixed that.  We would like to make this right, please contact use at 1-866-578-6852

Be careful of false complaints

Competitors of other businesses might post a false complaint wrongly. This complaint sounds like one of these. Watch for clues like suggesting others to complain in order to shut down a business. Read between the lines. I buy from this company and have had only very positive experiences.

So not true

I recently ordered from this company.  Yes, it took two weeks to receive my order.  I called and emailed and received a quick response.

I did not notice on my order that it said "allow two weeks".  I received my order shortly after the two week period.

The company was kind in explaining that, yes, they are a small family company and that every time something was shown on Dr. Oz that they were deluged with orders.

I will definitely re-order from this company.  Buy one get two free is unheard of today and I appreciate so much that I can now afford my vitamins.

It is unfair of this person to threaten a small company just because he isn't happy with the service.
