Vitier Advanced Age defying Cream, Natural Ceramides Youth Cream Very Deceptive Advertising Tactics Internet, CA

I saw an ad on Facebook for skin care treatment cream. When I clicked on it, the ad said it was for a 'Trial' sized jar of cream, & I would be charged for shipping. No where in the ad did it state it was only for 14 days, then you would have to call & cancel or be charged the full amount of $89.97!

after seeing the charge on my cc acct. today, I called to cancel. The recording I heard stated that the shipment had been sent out on Aug. 6, which I never received. I cancelled the acct on their automated system, receiving a confirmation no. (642-159631), then pressed 0 to speak with a customer service rep. 

I asked Benjamin how do I return the next shipment & ensure I'm not charged for it. He stated that there is no shipment; the charge on my statement was for the first shipment; that after 14 days, I was charged for the full order! I told him not only was that false advertising, but I couldn't even use the product as shipped to me because of defective packaging (the pump bottle the cream was sent in did not have a "hose" to get the cream out of the bottle).  He told me that since the bottle had been opened, he could not refund the price. I raised some hell, and he finally gave me a 30% credit.

the advertising tactics of this company are completely unlawful....at least they are for print and broadcast mediums. As a former print advertising executive/manager in California, I am fully aware of laws ruling the advertising profession.

i intend to follow through on this complaint against this company. I also have to wonder if Bruce Willis is aware they are using his picture, indicating he endorses this product, in their deceptive Internet advertising practices.
