Vito's Pizza & Subs Disgusting crap, store will not give money back Toledo, Ohio

I just had the misfortune of ordering from a franchise called Vito's Pizza in the Toledo, ohio area.  I ordered two subs at a cost of over $18.  They are both disgusting.  Both sandwiches contain meat that tastes like rubber.  They was no seasoning on either of them.  One, that was supposed to be an 'angus steak', had hardly any meat on it, but was overloaded with vegetables and NO SEASONING.  It was supposed to have A-1 steak sauce on it but I could not find it.  The other had two slices of what I suppose was meat but looked like old tire tread and some strange sauce that I suspect was mixed with water.
If you really want to make yourself sick, just go online to their website, www.vitos.com, look under franchise information.  Go through every page and you will see what I mean.  You will never order from them, I believe.
I called this store, located at 524 Main St., Toledo, Ohio, and asked for my money back.  They refused.
This is not about different tastes or expectations, my complaint is about BAD FOOD.
