Viva Air - Viva Colombia - Fast Colombia S.A.S - Don't Accept Credit Cards But They Don't Tell You This - After Rejecting All My Credit Cards Repeatedly, Even Credit Cards With Paypal, After Spending 4 Days Trying To Book A Flight, They Finally Approved A Checking Account Payment Using Paypal

After my credit card was rejected without good reason, I spent one hour on hold with my bank trying to get my bank to unblock my debit card. But my bank told me that it did not block my card and the problem was with Viva Air.

I received an email from Viva Air telling me to pay with cash at a grocery store. But the grocery store wants a paper copy of my ticket. So I went to a store to print it since I am staying in a hotel on vacation.  The store was closed. So there is no way to pay for my ticket using cash.

After trying to pay for my ticket using Orbitz and having my credit card rejected by Viva Air, I then tried to pay for the ticket through Travelocity and my credit card was rejected again.

I tried to purchase a ticket for three days and each time, my credit card was rejected by Viva Air

I called Viva Air and tried to pay by phone. My credit card was rejected even though my bank was not blocking it.

I tried debit cards and credit cards from several different banks. Viva Air kept rejecting them but would not tell me why.

I tried to pay with a credit card through Paypal. Rejected.

I finally paid with a bank account through Paypal and the transaction was approved.

The problem is that they never tell you that they don't accept credit cards and by the time I was able to pay for this flight, the price went up and I wasted four days of my vacation.
