I bought a 6-Pack of computer games sold and distributed by Viva Media at a local WalMart store. It's advertized on the jacket as being a "Collector's Edition" - which it is not. The name on the package is Dark Sanctuaries-6 Pack. Collector's Editions cost more as they have have walk-throughs so the person does not get "stuck in the game" as I am now. The "hints" are useless and vague and in no way really helpful for even experienced gamers no less teenagers the pack is aimed at and advertised on the package for. This is false advertising as far as I am concerned. The package should say "Hints Included" or nothing at all like other such game purveyors, and not advertised as "Collector's Edition." Do I feel ripped off? Yes, since with a walkthrough as in true Collectors Editions, there is no way to pay these games past the first few scenes. WalMart doesn't give refunds for opened packages of games which is understandable. I could not contact anyone at Viva through their website or the package of games so they do not want to be responsible for their products. Since this is false advertizing I would like them to give me a refund on all the packages of games they advertise as "Collector's Editions" but are in reality little more than useless "hints" to get through the games.
