Just add me to the list of unhappy customers who were ripped off by Jim and his front company Vivitek Corp. He completely misrepresented the lifespan and quality of his product. Vivitek's customer service does not exhist and ShopNBC just says sorry we can't help you.
ShopNBC continues to feature this fraud on their network but try to get a repair or replacement from this slime snake oil salesman Jim you will be sorely disapointed.
I went through all the same processes and problems of all the other people that had to deal with the the vastly over rated Vivitec LCD TV and went through. I had all the same problems getting my rebate, getting service on my defective TV so I won't repeate the same things a whole host of other unhappy customers have reported.
A BIG Caveat Emptor (buyer beware) when dealing with the slime Jim Peterson, his front companies and ShopNBC. The whole lot of them should be in prison for fraud.

Stick a fork in 'Viscom Technology Group' they are done.
'During the first quarter, one of our major electronics vendors, Viscom Technology Group, informed us of their decision to discontinue operations. We are working with them on an orderly wind-down of their business. We continue to grow our overall electronics business with other vendors and new product offerings.
