Vivitek - Shop NBC RIP-OFF Fremont California

My Husband & I were watching "Shop NBC" and we saw this really good deal on a Vivitek 56" DLP HDTV and surround sound bundle for 1,500... "Oh Joy!" ~~~SO WE THOUGHT!! We ordered it.. Not only did it take a month longer than it was supposed to, getting here.. Before we paid our 3rd payment the P.O.S. broke... So, I spent weeks on the phone pleading with the Vivitek People, trying to get either a refund or a replacement TV.. Finally, After a month or two, we recieved our replacement TV. What do ya know..?? It broke too! Only, this time Vivitek could no longer help with our problem with their junk... So we pay this repair man to fix it and it has broke again.. And of course ya can't speak to anyone~ as if it would do you any good anyway.

I will never buy anything else from either company.. I would like to find a way to make them stand behind their mess!
