VIVIDSEATS SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM LOS ANGELES Internet

We purchased Tickets For  Tom Pettys band Mudcrutch at the Fonda Theater in Los Angels for June 26 2016. We paid 468.00. They said the tickets would be at Will Call. There were no tickets at Will Call. We called the contact Shawn and he did not answer it said his phone was out of service. Called Vivid they put me on hold for over a half hour. The supervisor called back an hour later and said tickets were in someone elese name with my name as an alternative. The box office said NO THEY WERE NOT. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE LAW. We were told they rip off so many peoplr. The box office said they will help us with our claim to get our money back. Called my credit card to dispute and get a refund. Beware they want your date of birth and ss number to sign some bogus paper for a an investigation to see what happened. Do not do it. Once they have this info who knows what they will do. Also block them on your credit card .
