I have lived at Vizcayne for three years. I purchased a Ducati 1199 Panigale for $16,500. Within two months the motorcyle was stolen from my garage. I reported the incident right away to management (oscar) 305-903-4719. The management never checked the cameras and never got back to me on wether they had seen anything on the cameras. How is it that someone can drive into the "gated" and "guarded" complex and drive away with a stolen motorcyle? I had no theft insurance which means the money is gone unfortunately. Oscar and his staff have no sympathy and made me feel as if I was lying. They use reverse psychology to try and intimidate you. The security and security management are thieves. Oscar is very unprofesional, he often curses, dresses like he's coming out of a nightclub. They have a criminal activity happening which Oscar and his team are definitely in on it.
