VIZEAU.com Took my money, never sent me a confirmation e-mail, never answered any of my e-mails or phone calls, NEVER SHIPPED MY PACKAGE! COMPLETE THIEVES! Internet

I called them repeatedly and left messages as well as e-mails but with no response. I contacted their company that handles the credit card processing and I opened a dispute case against them to which they would have to respond within 48 hours but failed to do so. I called the credit company again and all they could do was open yet another dispute case. This company will not call you back, or answer any e-mails, they will simply take your money and run. This article of clothing was a birthday present for someone, and I ordered it a month in advance to ensure it would reach me in time. If we live in the same state it should be no problem to see the item in my mailbox or at my door no later than a week from the order date. It has nearly been a month with no contact at all from the so called "company" Do not do business with VIZEAU.COM  This site needs to be shut down, and it is quite a shame because i cannot find these products anywhere else, but it is nothing short of a huge disappointment full of frustration.
