This company has set up one of it's promotions to charge your account $49.99 to get you started on a good deal on a DISH NETWORK satellite system, not telling you that if you do not quallify creditwise, they ship out an envolope that you must return to get your money back.

On top of that, they do not refund your entire amount, but keep $10 for shipping and handeling. In the end, if you do not qualify for their "deal", it will cost you $10 for nothing!

Please, if you cannot afford to loose $10, do not use these people to get your satellite system.

Any company doing business with the general public has a responsibility to set up their business practices in such a way that they are not charging potential customers for services or product they (the public) could not have recieved in the first place. There should be a reasonable warning posted stating any potential reason why they would be charging money they should not other wise be entitled to.
