VMC Satellite Inc. is a fraudulent unworthy company.

I ordered a dish to be installed at my house and a technician was unable to find a suitable location to install the dish due to a large number of trees in my back yard.

The technician made a note of this and said that VMC Satellite Inc. will refund my initiation fee of $49.99 as there was no installation of the dish performed. One week later I called the 1-800 number on the certificate to confirm if the charge on my credit card was reversed. I was told that my balance was "Nill".

A month later I received a bill from my credit card company showing a charge of $49.99 from VMC Satellite Inc. on my statement. I called the credit card company and disputed the charge as I thought this must have been a mistake. A couple of weeks later VMC Satellite Inc. sent me an invoice showing that I owe them $49.99 plus an additional fee of $25 stated as a Credit Card Processing Fee.

I called VMC Satellite Inc. to correct the problem and they would not reverse the $25 Credit Card Processing Fee. The employees of VMC Satellite Inc. were very unhelpful and told me that if I had not called the Credit Card Company to dispute the charge and had called them instead, they would have waived the $25 Credit Card Processing Fee.

I am now in the process of resolving this issue via my Credit Card Company.
