Vmc Satellite VMC demands payoff after their installer failed to show up!! Great Falls Virginia

Was setting up to have dish through VMC and made all the proper calls, had conformation, date for installer to come out, payment for the $49.99,everthing was O.K.

On 04/27/04 between 8am-noon the installer was to be out.....
Well that never happened. When I made calls to see what was the delay I only received more delays as to why there was no way to contact the installation person. I was told the #s were disconnected so I asked what do I do now?

The whole mess of things I never received a phone call from VMC as to why the installer "NEVER SHOWED UP" and VMC already had their $50 bucks and I still had NO dish.

Now I'm gonna be sent to a collections should I not pay all because of not canceling w/VMC correctly-properly and because I disputed the chrgs to my credit card instead of relaying on dish to reverse the fee's....Well I did not know all this at the time. I don't have a crystal ball to predict the future....

Bottom Line....be carefull who you deal with....
