I am a cance I r patient living on Social Security. I used to use Voda Host to host a webpage before I was diagnosed with cancer. since the diagnosis I have been unable to work and the disease is very expensive event with care provided.
Voda Host has a term in their contraqct that requires you to list a credit card or PayPal as a term of use which I did. Getting involved with my treatrments I forgot that I had agreed to that particular term.
Vodahost sent a bill for next years hosting and I tried to log on to cancel. My log on diod not work. I requested VodaHost to send me my log-on information which they did with a new numerical password. I tried to log on and was refused. I tried to log on several times to cancel my account and was ot allowed to and then VodaHost took money from my account. VodaHost has a No-Refund policy so I am out 10% of my month's Social Security Income.
I believe Voda Host is unethical and has taken my money and now I have no idea how I am going to make it this month. Beware of Voda Host, they arfe rude and have absolutely no compassion.

While we greatly sympathize with you with your cancer and wish you a speedy recovery..We feel we must point out the following (1)
forgetfulness is not a legal argument, unless your pleading diminished
capacity. (2) When you pay us via PayPal, you create a PayPal subscriptionWhat this means is that you are instructing PayPal to pay us a certain amount every month or every year. When you cancel with us, you must also cancel your PayPal control panel (PayPal told you this), we do not have access to your PayPal control panel and PayPal does not have any psychics on staff to know what you want, you must do this on your own (3) We fully inform you about this during the signup process in our terms of service (TOS). (4) PayPal also tells you are creating a recurring subscription that will auto-rebill and they give a full detailed explanation in there terms of service (TOS). Since you signed up with us and did not bother to read our TOS . then used PayPal and did not bother to read there TOS, and you did all this while you where still healthy and cancer free , I dont see any reason why your blaming us for pure negligence on your
part . Once again we wish you a speedy recovery.
