on 2nd Oct 2016 I bought Samsung note 7 cell phone. they charged $214.52 extra which they promised to refund In 03-30days.. On instructions of Samsung to return handset n get Refund. I returned handset n they promised to Refund $699.99 in 03-30days. Till today I hv not rcvd any refund n 30 days have passed. They r not picking my phone n not replying to my whattsapp messages.
