I requested that Vodahost bill me for the entire year, or bill my credit card monthly. I also told Vodahost to update my contact email address, which they did not.
So, when they refused to charge my card like I requested, and refused to use the proper email address to contact me, as I also informed them, they could not get a hold of me and DELETED several websites at once, which cost me over $10,000 is development!
I tried to call them, submit support tickets, etc. and I was completely ignored!!
Basically, I had a couple of average sites and one BEAUTIFUL website that was deleted because the idiots that work for that worthless excuse for a hosting company are too incompetent to provide decent customer service so I could stay in business!
THEY WILL DEFINITELY BE HEARING FROM MY ATTORNEY, UNLESS THEY RESTORE MY ACCOUNT VERY SOON.

We greatly apologize for deleting what you claim to be a very average site that cost you $10,000 in web design. But in our defense I feel I must point out the following (1) The only reason we did not charge your credit card or renew your account is because your card was DECLINED, we would
have loved to have charged your card, Also our system sends out no less than 5 warning emails before we delete a customers account. (2) You claim we refused to use your proper email? All warning notices are sent to the email address you gave us when you created your account, if you have a new email, you must login in to your billing control panel and update us with the new email(3) You claim you tried to contact us to pay your bill but we ignored you? It is not our policy to ignore customers who want to give us money. Also at anytime you could have logged into our billing portal and paid your bill online. In a nutshell, the reason you where deleted
was due to your credit card getting declined card and your neglect to keep a valid email address on file with us.
