I am tired of this.  Mediocre companies getting away with brutal business tactics.

Voiceopia - I want my phone number back!

After transferring my number successfully from Voiceopia - they stole it from me.  I cancelled with them because their phone lines were pitiful - nothing personal, just business.  Well, they got their feelings hurt and have now broken FCC Guidelines just to make sure my business suffers.

I have been threatened, calls to my house well after 10:00 pm and badgering on emails.  They told me to quit my "rant" or else I'd have my phone number stripped... guess they were right.

This is a response we've given this same individual in 2015 in other forums:

Sir, I am sorry you experience was not positive. What we will say is that we feel we went above and beyond trying to address your concerns. Voiceopia enjoys a greater than 96% customer retention rate after 12 months (and over 95% after 36 months), so our service record speaks for itself. Glad to hear your new provider worked for you.

We're not going to get into the gritty details of this particular incident in a public forum as we consider that private customer information.

Just so everyone else knows, there is obviously way more to this story than the reviewer posted, and Voiceopia enjoys a very large and happy customer base. You can find many positive reviews all over the internet, and we're also able to provide multiple references to you if you call us at 423-509-8000. This is literally the only negative public comment we've received in 10 years of doing business.
