I received a $14.95 charge on my phone bill. When I contacted my phone company they said I needed to contact ESBI. When I did "customer service" said that I signed up for this service on the internet. I told them that these were not legitimate charges and I didn't even know what they were for.

Supposedly they have closed the account, but they won't reverse the charge. I have informed them that I refuse to pay this charge, and that I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, the Corporation Commission, and the Attorney General.

VoiceVox can not get away with this.
