ESBI VoiceVox ripoffand scam of 14.95 from ESBI Natonwide

I open my ATT email account and was shocked at the increase of my bill. Looking toward the end of my bill, there is a charge of 14.95 from a third party called ESBI Voicemail Service, known also as Voicevox Voice mail services.

First I want you to know I never authorized this charge or ever hard of this company. After several attempts with ATT to remove this company and their charges, I was informed that 3rd party charges can not be removed from the phone bill by ATT, only by the company that put them on it per federal law.

Okay, that sound easy, only you can't get a hold of ESBI. After reading others complaints on Ripoff and other on line reports, I did finally find a number 1-800-570-0269 which stayed busy all day today. So then I searched and went to the FCC which had ESPI listed with a phone number of 1-888-298-3724 and 1-888-458-3724. Neither number gets you through to a real person, just a message that they are closed. Meanwhile, I am being charge for some service I never order and do not intend to order. My own phone company can't stop it, because of some federal law that protect 3rd party people who charge it to you phone bill.

I have now stopped my automatic payment to ATT and requested paper service mailed to me so I can better monitored charges.

In the meantime, I have done the online complient form to the FCC in hopes they can stop this company and their scamey business practice.

I will again try on Monday to call those phone numbers above in hopes to stop this unauthorized service and get my money refunded.

IS THEIR ANYONE ELSE WHO KNOWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY CALLED ESPI AND ARE YOU GETTING RIPPED OFF? Make your voice known and compain to the FCC and ATT.
