Voiptalk Direct One Billed over four months for services NEVER used! $240 worth rip off scam con artists Van Nuys California

I have been noticing this strange amount charged every month since January on my Credit Card for the amount of $61.02 for a phone card service that I never authorized - let alone used! I called the company up several times and the customer representative, "Juan", said that they would not refund me for these fraudulant charges. Instead, he kept putting me over to a voice mail of the "supervisor", who has yet to ever contact me.

I have reported this company to the better business bureau. The BBB wants their address. I did not have the address so I called Voiptalk's 1-800 number to get their address. "Juan" told me that HE COULD NOT GIVE ME THE ADDRESS over the phone, and if I wanted the address I would have to fax them a request for the address! What a crock of s**t!

Thanks to this website which has other featured complaints, I have now discovered the address. I have contacted my credit card company who will thankfully reimburse me, and are sending me a new credit card. Voiptalk is a lying, fraudalant, super-scam artist outfit. If you have problems with Voiptalk, you must contact the Better Business Bureau of Van Nuys California. Make a formal complaint. Lets joyfully watch for the imminent bankruptcy of this criminal organization......
