Volks Anwalt of New York LLC On 12-7-2015 I hired Volks Anwalt law firm to represent me in loan modification with Ocwen mortgage company. I was told by the firm they could keep me from loosing my home and if the loan modication was not approved they would file bankruptcy as a last reresort. I had to pay them 3,500.00 and another 500.00 each month in fees. Thus far I have paid them $13,400.00. New York New York

*During this process I have had 5 different adjusters working on my file. I have repeatly contacted them and wasted led they were working on the file. I was almost forclosed and received threatening letters from the bank who has the loan from their attorneys. Each time I would call Volks Anwalt I was told they were working on the file. Many times I would not receive a call back from messages I left to speak to them or any response back from my emails. Most recently this week I left several messages and just today was told by the claims adjuster she would call be back at 2:00 pm which she never did. I than called back and was told she was on a can and would call me right back. I had no idea this firm was stealing my money and really just giving me the run around. Finally today I told my mortgage company that this firm had been lying to me and stole my money. They are running a scam and I will be calling the FBI and bar association tomorrow reporting this firms mis representation and unethical practice. *
