Attention all Contractors, companies and Techs, Please do everything in your power to stay away from this man, Daniel Livelli of Volks Resources He is practicing untruthful Business tactics while trying to recruit man and women to do work under him, when it is time for them to be compensated he find a way not to pay them or steal from them.
While I was doing one of the Nokia Airscale projects in contract with Daniel Livelli, when the work was completed and at the end of the week somehow he find excuse to either short my pay or tell me that Nokia has not paid him yet, Meanwhile months has gone by and I have not compensated, nor was I provided any tax information to conduct my tax obligations, there has no statement or track of work been given by him to show documentation of work performed.
As you may know this is bad business behavior has inconvenience both my family and I and so many ways, please for the sake of both your family and your business please stay away from this guy Daniel Livelli he is a slick fast talker, he sometime will have someone speak or contact you for him to take himself out of the loop of his scams, meanwhile ruining many lives with his bad business practices, save yourself the heart ache do not conduct business with Daniel Livelli of Volks Resources he has been known to switch companies to hide his identity, he is a Hispanic male based out of Texas, Please be aware, RUN.

Save your jabs at me, WE do not take them to heart. Nokia states that the sites are not commissioned. We take our direction from Nokia.
Im sorry you are an unhappy person and perhaps when you left market without notice you lied about some downtime and Nokia decided not to approved because well .....you LIED..
Mr Livelli has not switched companies to hide his identity, he is in linkedin, facebook, twitter and he has been with this company for years
We are sorry your ignorance dont let you see the reality which is you were not performing and the client wanted you off the market becuase of your lack of commitment knowledge and the fact that you forgot to input sites in newello and complained about it.
We hope that now that you have no job you take the time to find a better job where they will allow you
lie, cheat and steal.

This is so not true, I know who you are and I know why you are doing this, instead of been asking for advances every week you should had saved your money. you hired your own help person and now you blame this company? that is not fair instead of spending your nights looking for escorts you could just work and save your money.
remeber when you were making 4K 5K a week and spent it all ? you told me to come with you and I said no.
This company adn Daniel Livelli has done everything to help the field techs like me and Im not going to let a broked a*s ignorant sense of entitlement unemployed jerk say things like this.
I hope you dont hire hookers in your next gig.

While we undertand you might be dissapointed with the way Volks Resources operates and do business, you have the ability to find another job.
I will like to let you know that we pay weekly and we have paid you weekly for as long as you worked for this company. there were discrepancies and as much as we tried to worked them out with our engineers it looks like you left for another job.
When Airscale Enginees like you comes with a list of sites worked and they are not in Newello submited to Nokia we canot take your word for as we have to work based on our gidelines with our client.
We give our Engineers a list of sites we paid out every week and for your taxes purpouses please wait until the end of the year as every compnay in the USA we will sedn out you income W2 or 1099 no later than Jan 31st each year.
If you need this document ealier than that as longas you are no longer with the compnay you can email to hr@volksresources.com it will take aprx 2 weeks for this income statement to come to you for taxes purposes.
Mr Livelli has not switched companies to hide his identity, you named him so how can he hide his identity? ignorance dont let you see the reality which is you were not performing.
