BEWARE: THE FOLLOWING IS  MY OPINION FROM MY EXPERIENCE: VoA TX, Housing Director for SW, Jana Russell, and Betty Morris, who title changes all the time (?) are defrauding our Gov't / taxpayers, and their "donors".  In my opinion, they are corrupt, because Jana Russell and Betty Morris and their atty Paula Beasley orhestrated their whole case on provable perjury, every type of perjury on the books...according to an investigator, to illegally evict a sweet senior citizen who had never violated the HUD lease, nor had ever been late on her rent.  They laughed about making her homeless.  Jana Russell harassed her continually, even had the SENIOR LADY PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED AND THEN LAUGHED ABOUT IT.  AND THEY CLAIM TO BE A MINISTRY???  LIES, ALL LIES.  Jana Russell and Betty Morris could care less about the people they're suppose to help.  

The asst manager who physically assaulted the senior lady said "corporate" told her to assault the senior lady...meaning Jana Russell / Betty Morris and their atty Paula Beasley, who also had others commit perjury...as did Jana Russell, Cindy Garcia (manager) and atty Paula Beasley in Dallas. In my opinion, these "women" are vile and evil for what they did to this sweet senior lady, who had helped management get free gift cards for a X-mas dinner....then Cindy Garcia kept the money for herself.  They discriminated against residents of a certain race.  They stalked this lady, keyed her vechicle, slashed tire, harassed her daily to were she had to go to the ER.  They allow drug dealers...maintenance J.H. and J.F., they allow domestic violence w/ bodily harm from adult kids who were living at the apts illegally and the police came out regularly with warrants for the same people for assaulting police and doing / dealing drugs, had 6-7 people living in a small 1 bdroom who shouldn't have been living at the apts, damaging property, stealing cars, cash, credit cards, drugs....no lease violations NOTHING.  Yet, they illegally evict this sweet lady by committing perjury and harassing her daily....SHE'S A SWEET SENIOR LADY.  They were illegally holding meetings at the property and only allowing one race in the meeting registering them to vote....fraudulently.  

Jana Russell even called this sweet senior lady..."stupid" and was extremely rude and nasty to her....JANA RUSSELL WAS JEALOUS and said "corporate" was behind it.  BETTY MORRIS CALLED THE SENIORS..."KNUCKLEHEADS" AND REFUSED TO GET THE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS INSPECTED, AND EMERGENCY ESCAPE ROUTE UP ON THE WALLS / APTS, A FIRE DRILL...SHE SAID in her East TX accent...'EVEN IF WE DID, THE KNUCKLEHEADS WOULD READ IT! I OVER SEE 87 PROPERTIES IN TX AND ONE IN NEW MEXICO AND I DON'T HAVE ANY ESCAPE ROUTES UP OR HAVE HAD A FIRE DRILL IN 95% OF THEM! AND WE'VE NEVER HAD A MAJOR FIRE YET!!"  Gee, that's classy.  NOT! 

And this is who your donations and taxpayes money is going to??

AGAIN, THEY COMMITTED EVERY TYPE OF PERJURY ON THE BOOKS TO ILLEGALLY EVICT A SENIOR LADY and MAKE HER HOMELESS.  BC SHE CONTACTED HUD ABOUT THEIR FRAUD.  DO NOT DONATE TO VOA TX, VOA, INC.  THEY ARE NOT WHO THEY PRETEND TO BE AND DO NOT ADHERE TO THEIR MISSION STATEMENTS!  REPORT THEM TO THE FTC AND IRS!

IN MY OPINION, JANA RUSSELL, BETTY MORRIS, SHOULD DEFINITELY BE FIRED...IF VOA, INC IS ACTUALLY WHO / WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE...A MINISTRY.  THEY ARE A "NON-PROFIT" ONLY SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO PAY TAXES...YET, THEY PROFITED OVER $1.1 BILLION AFTER ALL EXPENSES WERE PAID.  THEY TOOK OFF THEIR 990 FROM ONLINE AFTER THEY FOUND THEY HAD BEEN TURNED INTO THE COURTS / INVESTIGATORS. If you want to know about their profits...contact the IRS, FOIA and ask for their 990's and all returns!
