Von Osburn Scammer - Manipulator - Womanizer Glendale Arizona

This is an additional complaint against one Von Osburn.  Not only does he owe me rent of $560 and late fees $150.  He also owes my electric bill to City of Mesa for $300.00.  Von had stated he would pay the electric bill of 300.00 which he called in to City of Mesa  making this payment.  I was notified yesterday by City of Mesa that Von did not provide the information accurately and the payment was sent back and my electric would be off by 6pm on June 30, 2014.  I got ahold of someone to make the payment for me and Von did not respond one way or another.    I explained that I would take him to small claims court for not only the electric bill but the rent and late fees as well.

I've since learned this man preys on single women looking for companionship.  At one point he had 4 women he was having a relationship with.  When confronted, he lied of course to get out of it.  Ultimatley my goal is simply to get my monies and move on. What Von does from that point is of no concern of mine.

I caution single ladies for this man is a vulture and seeks out woman with a big heart for his own personal gain and your financial ruin.
