Vonage Digital Voice Service ripoff Holmdel New Jersey

I ordered Vongae last June. There was to be no charge in the event I cancelled within 30 days. Also, first month of usage was to be free. I never got there however as you will see I was charged.

Since I could not figure out how to attach the modem, I phoned everyday to get help. Naturally, anyone I spoke to could not help me, someone would call me back, never happened. Finally, e-mailed and called them to cancel. This is what I received in return:

I would have written to you much sooner than this. I happened to stumble across this site today. Hopefully, it will help others in the future. For me; it would be nice to have my money returned to me w/interest paid.
